BRASS AND PEARLS IN CONCERT
WITH SPECIAL GUESTS THE HUB POP-UP CHOIR!
Head to the Hub at St Mary’s Church, Arkengarthdale, on 6th April at 7:30pm, for what promises to be a truly memorable evening by our local musicians and vocalists. Join Reeth Brass Band, The Pearls and special guests The Hub Pop-Up Choir and enjoy a fabulous selection of pieces. Their diverse and exciting programme will span the decades, from the 1960s to 2023, as well as some magnificent music from the movies!
Tickets are £5, to include refreshments, available from Reeth Post Office and The Red Lion in Langthwaite. There will also be a raffle at the concert.
With a heritage that dates back to 1905, Reeth Brass Band are highly regarded in the Dales and beyond. They continue to delight audiences with their playing, including their annual concert at the Swaledale Festival, and are pivotal in our community, providing entertainment throughout the year at events such as Reeth Show and Remembrance Sunday. A close harmony group, The Pearls have been singing together for fifteen years and have performed in numerous concerts and charity events, including the BrowsonBeats music festival. They are thrilled to be collaborating with Reeth Brass Band again and are looking forward to welcoming the Hub Pop-Up Choir as special guests. The Choir came together to sing at the carol service at St Mary’s, Arkengarthdale, and are delighted to be taking part in the Hub concert.
