The philosophy of Forest School is to encourage and inspire individuals of any age through an innovative, long term, educational approach to outdoor play and learning in a woodland environment

Forest Church is a development of this, using the awe and wonder to engendered by becoming aware of the natural environment to lead us into awareness of God and to Christian Worship.

Across in the Wood - Grinton Forest Church

These gatherings are for people of all ages, and include worship, crafts and outdoor activities, usually around a theme.The sessions are outdoors, so please come dressed appropriately. There is no charge and no need to book.

All ages welcome: under 16s please bring an adult with you.

Christians Together in Swaledale have arranged a series of 'indoor & outdoor' meetings for 2022 and the dates are:

Sunday 24th July at 4pm at Keld. A picnic party in the community orchard.  An all age family event to which all are welcome.  Under 16s to bring an adult with them please along with a bring and share plate of food.  This event is based  around the story of the feeding of the 5,000  There will be stories and age appropriate games based on the theme.  Please do come and join us!

Sunday 30th October at St Andrew's, Grinton.
